At Nôsa, every order is handled with the same care and attention as the creation of our luxury bathroom collections. Around 95% of deliveries are fulfilled by our own fleet, ensuring your items arrive safely and precisely. On the rare occasions that we use trusted delivery partners, we hold them to the same exacting standards.

Standard delivery is typically completed within 3–5 business days, with delivery to offshore locations extended up to 5-7 days. Delivery options and charges are shown at checkout, and full details can be found on our Delivery page.

Please note that we offer kerbside delivery only and do not provide a two-person lift service. We recommend reviewing the delivery information to ensure it meets your requirements. We also advise against booking plumbers or fitters until your order has arrived and you are happy with every item.

At Nôsa, we understand that the security of your personal and payment information is paramount. That's why we've implemented stringent security measures to ensure that your shopping experience is not only seamless but also secure. We adhere to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) - a set of requirements designed to guarantee that all companies that process, store, or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment. This means that from the moment you select your product to the final transaction, your data is protected by the highest security standards.

We also employ state-of-the-art encryption technology to safeguard your personal details during every part of the purchase process. Shopping with us is designed to be as safe as purchasing in store. In addition to our technical systems, we have a dedicated team monitoring transactions for any suspicious activity, ensuring that your peace of mind is guaranteed.

Discount codes must be entered at the time of checkout in order to be applied to your purchase. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively once the order has been confirmed. Please ensure that the discount has been applied to your total before finalising your purchase.

With Nôsa, you can rest assured that your online shopping is secure, allowing you to shop with confidence and ease.
